Sony offering free SmartWatch 2 with every Z1 Compact pre-order

Sony Xperia Z1 Compact goes directly to pre-order in different European countries right after its announcement back in few days ago. Now Sony is starting to offer various gifts across its EU country online stores for Xperia Z1 Compact pre-order. I checked out several sites earlier and found UK offer very attractive – they are offering free Sony SmartWatch 2 , normally a £130 ($215) gadget. The phone itself is priced £450 ($740). Also in the UK, Phones4u is offering on-contract deals with carriers and throwing in a £120 wireless speaker and up to £65 in movies and music. So your total gain will be £185 ($300) at the end of the day.



France is getting a more modest offer – a €50 rebate on the €550 ($750) price of the phone. In the Netherlands buyers will have to pay the full €550 price and get nothing. In Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden and Poland you will receive free NFC and Bluetooth-enabled headset with every Sony Xperia Z1 Compact pre-order. Z1 Compact is priced €500 or $680 in Germany and Italy, €550 or $750 in Spain, 4700 Korna or $720 in Sweden and 2000 Zloty or $650 in Poland.

Samsung launches Game Edition of Galaxy Tab 3 8.0

Samsung is quite popular for releasing every possible version of their products now they move one step forward with galaxy Tab 3 8.0. The company announces that they will sell special Game Edition of the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0, which comes bundled with the Game Pad accessory and an HDMI adapter. This HMDI adapter will connect your Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 to a TV as a console and you play from a distance using the Game Pad which connects over Bluetooth 4.0.

Samsung will sell the Game Pad separately for €80 and the HDMI adapter for €20. So you can virtually connect any Galaxy devices with it. You only need to ensure your device is running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean or higher. The Game Pad can hold phone ranging from 4″ to 6.3″, it cannot hold tablets, not even 7″ ones.



There’s no word on the price of the bundle yet. Germany will be one of few countries where Samsung going to release it first.

LG ready to launch Optimus 4X HD in 11 European countries

LG Optimus 4X HD is a less known device but I can assure you that it’s a beast you can buy. It was announced back at the MWC 2012, but unfortunately the Koreans have been taking their time with the market release of the smartphone. After lots of delay LG announced that they will be launching their Optimus 4X HD this month in 11 European countries including Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, UK, Italy and other major countries.

The Optimus 4X HD runs on a 1.5GHz quad-core Tegra 3 chipset, comes with 1GB of RAM and has a 4.7-inch True HD IPS screen of 720p resolution. It has an 8 megapixel camera on back capable of 1080p HD video recording. The smartphone's profile is 8.9 mm and the battery inside has a 2,150 mAh capacity.

Samsung Galaxy S Advance is available now

Samsung Galaxy S I9070 Advance is now in stock at various retailers across Europe. The smartphone was announced back in January and it was scheduled for April release. As the model number suggests, Samsung Galaxy S Advance is placed between Galaxy S and Galaxy S II. The Galaxy S Advance comes with a 1GHz dual-core Cortex-A9 processor, Mali-400 MP graphics, 768MB RAM and first-generation Super AMOLED WVGA screen. There is a 5 megapixel camera with HD video recording and 8/16GB internal storage as well as optional NFC connectivity. The phone runs on Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread, but it will probably get ICS later this year, no official word yet.
