Sprint releases minor HTC EVO 3D security update

Sprint releases a minor security update for the HTC EVO 3D on October 25. And it already was being pushed to all users on October 27. Sprint says that software version 2.08.651.3 will include security improvements. Although they are not telling us just what these improvements are. Regardless, you can pull now, though Sprint reminds you that like all updates, it will roll out in stages. If you can't find it till now, just try now again.

After HTC Sensation bootloader was available in HTCDev a couple of days ago, HTC EVO 3D is on the list now. With the push of the latest update to the HTC EVO 3D, aspiring developers and hackers can now unlock the bootloader. You must remember that this does officially void your warranty, so you're taking things into your own hands. And unlocking your bootloader does not mean that you will be able to unlock the SIM lock. Unlocking your SIM lock is at the discretion of your operator/carrier and is not part of the bootloader unlocking scope.

HTC EVO 3D is Heading for Europe, Vodafone UK Pre-order Campaign Starts already

HTC at last officially announce that EVO 3D Android handset will be available in Europe from July. After just one day Vodafone UK includes the phone on their site. They are now marking the phone as ‘Coming Soon’. You can register for updates there. Vodafone also launched an EVO 3D commercial. You can see it in Youtube. They are not telling anything about its price or specific release date at this point.
