Time for dual core CPUs on your mobile phones. CES 2011 sees lots of dual-core processor running smart phones. Now AT&T writes their name on the list with a Android phone with is also 4G at the same time. They announces Motorola Atrix 4G which has dual-core Tegra 2 processor with 1 GB of RAM inside. And Android 2.2 froyo is installed in this 4G Motorola phone.
Another important feature of this is it’s battery- 1930 mAh battery with 9 hours talk time. But the weight of the phone is just 136 gms after this huge battery.
This dual-core Motorola Android phone was leaked last
month with name name ‘Olympus’. It has a qHD resolution 4’’ display of 540X960 pixels. Motorola Atrix 4G has 16GB internal memory. External memory card slot supports up to 32GB MicroSD card.
Motorola Atrix 4G has 5 megapixel camera. It offers HSPA+ on the network connectivity side. The price of at&t Motorola atrix 4g is still unknown. It is expected to release in Q1 2011.
Wait, that’s not the end. As an Motorola Atrix 4G accessory, Motorola is going to add a new device- Webtop. It transforms the 4G Motorola phone to a netbook like( or tablet?) device with a 11.6” screen, a full-sized QWERTY keyboard. Using the Webtop with the Motorola Atrix 4G will provide additional 8 hours of battery life, 36Whr battery included in the unit.
