While Motorola mobile section in under Google hood now, so everyone are sure that Motorola droids will receive Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS ahead of any other competitors. And before other manufacturers’ final thought Motorola announce their Android ICS movement surely. Motorola uses Twitter for the news.
As the tweet say they will release "devices for ICS" but since it's an answer about upcoming updates, we guess it's just a typo and what they really meant was "ICS for devices". Motorola clarifies later in its Twitter account that the devices in question are the Droid RAZR, Droid Bionic and the Xoom tablet.
And since Google widely expected to release the source code shortly after the Galaxy Nexus goes on sale, we can look at January 2012 as the likely time of the update.
