A yet to be announced Samsung Galaxy series Android has emerged in the photos and a YouTube video, which another member of the family of devices, the Galaxy S I9000 began two years ago. It’s called Samsung Galaxy S Advance; model no is GT-I9070. It has a dual core CPU, clocked at 1 GHz - first in a phone Galaxy S. Its design has been updated so - the device sports a slightly curved screen and a 3.5mm audio jack on the bottom, much like Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
The rest of the known specifications are virtually unchanged from those of I9000. The screen is 4 "Super AMOLED WVGA resolution. A 5 megapixel camera capable of recording 720p videos can be found on the back. The battery is 1500 mAh capacity.
Given the dual-core CPU on board, however, an update Ice Cream Sandwich is more than likely. But you will be given Android 2.3.6 at first to eat. Expect to see the newest member of the family of the Galaxy S was unveiled at MWC in Barcelona next month.
