T-Mobile myTouch 4G Gets Android 2.3 Update on July 20

T-Mobile are ready to bring Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread on HTC made T-Mobile myTouch 4G. The update procedure will be started from 20th July. But mass update program will start within weeks from now. And it will take a couple of months to complete the update procedure on all handsets.

According to T-Mobile supports page, Gingerbread update will improves many things of your myTouch 4G. Here is the list.

Improved issues of Android 2.3 on T-Mobile myTouch 4G-

1. Bluetooth audio works better when answering a call from phone and Bluetooth is paired
2. Display is more stable and responsive during boot up or use
3. Domestic roaming data connection is more stable
4. Message inbox saves
5. Various software and stability improvements

T-Mobile also confirms that that they will be unable to expedite the software roll-out, so you'll just have to wait your turn.
