LG has launched their latest flagship smartphone - the LG G Flex2 - in India. The phone is priced at Rs. 55,000 ($878) and will be available later this month. LG is only launching the 32GB model in India. It will be available in Flamenco Red and Platinum Silver.
The LG G Flex 2 was introduced at CES earlier this year, and as the name suggests, its USP is the self-healing back. The company has made quite a few improvements and the back can now heal itself in just 10 seconds, as compared to three minutes on its predecessor. Additionally, the company also claims that the flexible display is now 20 percent more durable than before.

The LG G Flex 2 features a new 5.5-inch Full HD curved P-OLED display, Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage space with microSD support, 13 megapixel rear camera with OIS and laser autofocus, 2.1 megapixel front facing camera and Android 5.0 Lollipop. The phone has a 3,000mAh battery in a frame that measures 9.4mm and weighs 152 grams. LG claims that you can recharge the battery to 50 per cent charge in about 40 mins.
LG also announced the availability of the world’s first 5K television in India with the magic remote and running TV Web OS. The premium television will be priced Rs 59,99,900. The company has also updated its smart inverter range of refrigerators with Smart Connect which switches on inverter mode when there is a drop in voltage or a power cut.
